Job Description:
As a Sales Coordinator cum Sales Staff at Absher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring they are organized and prepared for sales meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining and filing important sales-related documents to keep records up to date.
- Communication with the sales team and other departments to ensure everyone is informed about relevant information.
- Tele-calling to potential customers, presenting products or services, and answering their inquiries.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material by keeping an inventory of supplies.
- Handling customer inquiries and addressing complaints effectively. Providing after-sales support when requested.
Requirements:
- Entry-level sales or related field experience (0-1 years).
- High-school or secondary level education.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficient in teamwork and independent work.
- Demonstrates a positive and proactive customer service approach.
