October 2023 NADRA B Form Fee Update
Child Registration Certificate, also known as B-Form, is a registration document for persons below the age of 18. It is the fundamental right of minors to obtain a registration certificate from their place of origin.
NADRA has automated and streamlined the process of obtaining Child Registration Certificates, also known as CRC or B-Form.
To get the B-form, you need to provide a documentary proof of the birth of the child from the Union Council. The parents should also have a National Identity Card (NIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
How to Apply for B Form in Pakistan:
1. Visit the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
2. Follow these steps on NRC:
- A. Receive a token.
- B. Draw your picture.
- C. Provide your fingerprints and signature.
- D.Complete the required data entry, and a form will be printed for your review.
- E. Get a printed version of your application form.
3. After getting the printed form, please submit it to the concerned NRC after getting it attested by a gazetted officer.
4. If any of your parents are available at the time of application at NRC, their biometrics can be captured, and no verification of the form is required.
After obtaining the printed form, submit it to the concerned NRC after obtaining attestation from the gazetted officer. If any of your parents are present at the time of application at the NRC, eliminating the need for attestation of the form, Their biometrics can be captured.
Timing of submission of B Form:
Normally, it will be ready in 5 working days.
NADRA Form B Fees:
The standard fee for the new CRC application is Rs 50, while the fee for the executive category is Rs 500.
