Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our supermarket team. As a supermarket staff member, you will be instrumental in maintaining the appearance of the store, properly stocking the shelves, and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure proper product circulation to maintain freshness.
- Assist customers with their questions and purchasing needs.
- Stock storage and display areas efficiently.
- Keep shelves clean and organized.
- Remove expired items from the shelf.
- Monitor and regulate the temperature of refrigerators and chillers.
- Check inventory and update stock levels as needed.
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar field.
