Punjab Requires Face Masks in Schools

This decision was taken during a comprehensive meeting of the Punjab Cabinet under the chairmanship of Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi. This includes instructions to the Commissioner of Lahore Division, Local Government Department and Lahore Waste Management Company to take strict action against those who neglect to apply water on construction materials during the construction process. These measures are designed to reduce air pollution in the environment.

Air Quality Monitoring System:

Additionally, the government is taking steps to monitor air quality more effectively. Thanks to the agreement with the Chinese company, an air quality monitoring system will be installed in Lahore. This joint effort was formalized during a meeting between Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren and Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore.
