Key Responsibilities
As an HR Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Policy Implementation: Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Performance Management: Assisting in the performance appraisal process and providing support for employee development.
- Documentation: Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR within the UAE.
- Education: High-School/Secondary education or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Hindi, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Nationality: Asian nationality preferred (Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,999 per month.
- Benefits: Fixed salary plus commission, company visa, transportation, and other benefits as per UAE law.
