Job Description
A reputable aluminum company in Dubai Marina is seeking skilled Aluminum Fabricators to join our team. This role involves fabricating aluminum windows and doors, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication: Perform aluminum fabrication tasks for windows and doors as per project specifications.
- Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate products accurately.
- Cutting and Shaping: Use hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble aluminum materials.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards in all fabrication tasks, checking for accuracy and consistency.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools, machines, and workspaces regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines and targets.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any fabrication issues promptly to avoid delays.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, specifically windows and doors.
- Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery for aluminum fabrication.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Qualities: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Education: High-School / Secondary qualification.
