Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at MAP Call Center, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Managing customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively through various communication channels.
- Order Processing: Handling orders, modifications, and ensuring accurate processing.
- Complaint Escalation: Escalating complaints when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High-School/Secondary education or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using customer service software.
- Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,500 per month plus commission.
