Job Description
We are urgently seeking a reliable and efficient Office Boy / Office Girl to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations by providing support to the administrative staff and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Keep the office clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Administrative Support: Assist in filing documents, photocopying, and distributing mail.
- Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Errands: Run office errands, such as purchasing office supplies and delivering documents.
- Meeting Setup: Arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Visitor Assistance: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and directed to the appropriate person.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of office procedures and good communication skills.
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Qualities: Punctual, reliable, and able to multitask.
