Job Description
Fashion Renun, a dynamic company based in Dubai, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a pleasing personality, a keen eye for product merchandising, and some retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
- Sales Handling: Handle cash and credit sales, ensuring accurate till closure at the end of the day.
- Communication: Effectively communicate store policies to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Product Merchandising: Maintain an eye for product merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Sales Promotion Management: Manage sales promoters to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, providing prompt and efficient service.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Experience: 0-1 years of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Personality: Pleasing personality with a knack for customer interaction and product merchandising.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Nationality: Open to candidates from Asian nationalities including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
