Job Description
FOURTH VENTURE CALL CENTERS is seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher, we welcome you to contribute to our success by utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers and receiving inbound calls to assist with customer inquiries.
- Product Promotion: Cross-selling and up-selling products where possible.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer complaints and liaising with appropriate departments for resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and received.
- Order Processing: Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders and processing them accordingly.
- Sales Scripts: Using company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and handle customer rejections.
- Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade customers.
- Self-Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and confidence to achieve targets.
- High-Pressure Environment: The ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
