A confidential hotel in International City, Dubai, is urgently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Hotel Staff. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of AED 4,000 to 5,999 per month, along with numerous benefits, including accommodation, company visa, and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel staff members play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and providing exceptional services to guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front Desk Operations: Greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Housekeeping: Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Food and Beverage Services: Serving food and drinks to guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing any repair needs promptly, and ensuring all facilities are in good working order.
- Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Event Coordination: Assisting in the organization and execution of events and meetings hosted at the hotel.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Education: High-School / Secondary qualification.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team.
- Attributes: Energetic, well-presented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
