Job Description
World Dream Management HRC is seeking dedicated and professional Housekeeping Assistants to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order, ensuring our facilities are well-kept and inviting.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Activities: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Room Care: Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our high standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Protect equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
- Damage Reporting: Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances promptly.
- Customer Service: Handle reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Stock Management: Check and maintain stocking levels of all consumables, replacing items when appropriate.
- Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and be aware of company-related practices.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Proficiency: Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation principles.
- Qualities: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complaints with professionalism.
- Languages: Ability to communicate in English, Arabic, or Hindi is preferred.
